Description   This vanilla fig balsamic vinegar is one of the best selling products at our store.  The vanilla and fig infusion imparts a sweetness that is reminiscent of a well aged (vinegar) condimento.  This vinegar is delicious on its own over grilled vegetables and salads and makes a fine ingredient in sauces.  The taste is refined and elegant, not fruity or even creamy as one might expect from the ingredients.  Rather, the vanilla and fig lend it a smoothness and sweetness that is usually only found in vinegars aged ten years or more.  An added bonus is that once opened, some of the water content evaporates, leading the vinegar to thicken and sweeten even more.  Once you get to the 2nd half of the bottle there is a good chance you will find the vinegar has evolved to sweet, syrupy perfection.  This one is sure to become a favorite; it is already a necessity in our owner's kitchen.  350ml in a contemporary glass bottle that begs to be displayed and shared.   Average Customer Review: Based on 1 Reviews.
